Shalise Barnes was raised between the USA and Canada before moving to Europe. She studied Architectural History and Fine Art in Paris and moved to Malta in 2017. She began renovating properties the same year and opened her studio, Artemis Interior Design, in 2018. She specialises in design and project management of investment properties and offers consulting for people looking to purchase properties in Italy and Malta.

Jelena Markovic, designer, has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture from the University of Nils. Her designs are inspired by the human body - understanding that the body’s interactions with the environment is crucial to creating functional spaces.
