So you’re on the hunt for a house in Sicily, but how to know what is a good deal and what is a money pit waiting to happen?

I help investors and home buyers to analyze, research, and purchase the best property for their needs in Italy. We'll work together in two stages to help find the perfect property for you, working with many local agencies to see all of the options for your needs and budget.

Stage 1: Research - we analyse properties which you send to me or I select to discuss estimations of renovation costs, fees, permits, revenues and potential issues that can crop up with each house. We can extend the research to as many locations as you like, and I will also help you to set up viewings with local agents for your future visits on the ground. This stage is charged hourly and you can set the number of hours to start with. We will start with a 10-hour package and then I will keep you informed as we start to approach the 10 hours so we can optimise the time we spend together.

Stage 2: Design - once you've purchased the property, or your purchase is in progress, we work together to create the ideal design for your new home. We will draft all of the drawings that the contractor will require to complete the works, and even select all of the finishes and furniture together. The cost for this varies depending on the project and the scope of work required, but typically ranges from €90-120 per m2 + 18% VAT.
