Shipping Information
We are a marketplace connecting buyers with local artisans around the world. Your order will be shipped in separate packages from our multiple suppliers.
Shipping most products is free and are shipped within 3-7 business days, with delivery expected within 6-10 days. For orders of tiles, please contact us to place your custom order as the shipping time and cost will depend on the volume of tiles ordered.
International customs fees are not included and will vary depending on your delivery address.
Warranty & Refunds

Our suppliers cover loss or damage to your shipments, if any parts are missing, broken or leaking, and any other issues that may occur. Your order is carefully packed in bubble wrap before shipping to ensure safe delivery of the items.
